What is your minimum order?
Our service minimums depend on what you are ordering. In general, our minimum order is 18 garments per design. We
normally do not make exceptions except for reorders. We offer quantity discounts. That is, the more garments you
order, the less each individual garments will cost.
What is your turnaround time for custom orders?
Our current turnaround time is 2-4 weeks depending on the size of your order as well as the readiness of the
provided artwork, design or logo (if any). Please note that shipping times are not included in the turnaround
estimate for your order. Please be advised that we do not begin processing your order until after we received a
full payment for the order.
I want to use a specific color. Can you do that?
Yes. We use PMS Solid Coated Color pallets. If you wish to use a specific PMS color, please provide us the
corresponding PMS number. Also, you should be aware that the PMS color may show a slight variation on your
materials as compared to the printed color on the paper. This is the nature of dye-sublimation technique, which is
something that we do not have control over. You will always receive a proof of your order before it is put into
production. We do not print, sublimate, manufacture, or otherwise create anything without your written approval.
I am a little behind and I need my order rushed. Can you do rush orders?
It really depends on the size of your order and what we have in the production queue. If we are fully booked at
the time of your rush order, it’s unlikely that our production schedule will allow us to fulfill your order as
requested. In case of rush orders, there are non-negotiable rush fees calculated by the day.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible regarding cancellation. Refunds for canceled orders are at the total
discretion of Achieve Sportswear and its employees. Please bear in mind that we make significant progress on any
given order each day, therefore cancellation may not be possible even just a couple of days after your placing the
order.
 
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on where you are located. We offer FREE shipping for recipients located within the
continental USA.
